1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS

I understand that participating in Hop On City Tours activities involves inherent and potential risks, including but not limited to:

Transportation by motor vehicle and related traffic hazards
Walking in venues and public areas with uneven surfaces, steps, curbs, and weather exposure
Alcohol exposure and interaction with other participants who may consume alcohol
Illness, food or drink reactions, slips, trips, or falls
Unpredictable conditions and schedule changes

These risks could result in property damage, injury, illness, or death. I freely choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Hop On City Tours LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, causes of action, or liability arising out of or related to my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with participation and accept responsibility for my health, safety, and conduct.

4. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my participation or actions.

5. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

I authorize necessary medical care and agree to be financially responsible for any resulting costs. I certify that I am fit to participate.

6. ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION

I affirm I am 21 years of age or older (if consuming alcohol), will drink responsibly, comply with all applicable laws, and may be refused service if intoxicated or unsafe.

7. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE (OPTIONAL)

By participating, I may be photographed or recorded. I opt in only if I explicitly consent in writing or at check-in. Otherwise, I do not grant media permission.

8. GOVERNING LAW & SEVERABILITY

This agreement is governed by Florida law. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
