Hop On City Tours LLC

Hop On City Tours LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates guided brewery and winery tours, related transportation, and digital services through our website HopOnCityTours.com and affiliated platforms (collectively, the “Sites”). When you access or purchase our services, tickets, or merchandise, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable policies referenced herein (collectively, the “Agreement”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Sites, booking a tour, or participating in a Hop On City Tours experience, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue use of our Sites and services.
We may modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon posting on HopOnCityTours.com. Continued use of our Sites after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Hop On City Tours experiences are intended only for individuals 21 years of age or older.
By booking a tour, you represent and warrant that you meet the legal drinking age. Valid photo identification is required at check-in and at all brewery / winery stops. Guests under 21 are not permitted on beer or wine tours.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Violate any law or regulation.
Misrepresent your identity or engage in fraudulent activity.
Interfere with the Sites’ functionality or security.
Upload, post, or transmit any material that is unlawful, obscene, or defamatory.
Copy or distribute any content, logo, or trademark of Hop On City Tours without prior written consent.
Use any automated system to access, scrape, or collect data from the Sites.

Violation of these terms may result in removal from tours, cancellation of reservations, or legal action.

4. Reservations & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and must be reserved through approved Hop On City Tours channels.
Payments are processed securely via Square, Inc. or other PCI-compliant processors.
Your reservation is confirmed only after full payment is received.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to weather, venue availability, safety issues, or minimum-guest requirements.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled tour receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
In the rare event Hop On City Tours must cancel a tour, guests may choose a reschedule date or full refund.

6. Guest Conduct & Safety

All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, drivers, and venues. Hop On City Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest for disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior without refund.
Consumption of outside alcohol is prohibited in the vehicle. Intoxicated guests will not be permitted to board.

7. Accessibility & Special Assistance

Hop On City Tours strives to provide accessible experiences. Guests requiring special accommodations should contact us at least 72 hours in advance at support@hoponcitytours.com or call (407) 373-3495.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, images, and other content on HopOnCityTours.com are the property of Hop On City Tours LLC or its partners and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Venues and Affiliates

Our tours include visits to independent breweries, wineries, and restaurants.
Hop On City Tours LLC is not responsible for their operations, policies, or actions. Participation at partner venues is subject to their individual rules and service conditions.

10. Corporate Events & Customized Experiences

Hop On City Tours offers customized corporate events, private group tours, team-building activities, and special event experiences that are tailored to each client’s specific requirements. Event itineraries, brewery or venue selections, schedules, pickup locations, activity durations, transportation arrangements, and other event details may vary based on availability, operational considerations, weather conditions, venue policies, traffic conditions, group size, and client requests.

By booking a corporate event, the Client acknowledges and agrees that all itineraries and event details are subject to change without prior notice when reasonably necessary to ensure the safety, enjoyment, or successful operation of the event. Hop On City Tours reserves the right to substitute venues, modify schedules, alter routes, adjust event activities, or make other reasonable changes as circumstances require.

The Client further agrees that Hop On City Tours shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, disappointment, business interruption, indirect damages, consequential damages, or claims arising from modifications to the event itinerary, venue availability, scheduling adjustments, delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, acts of third parties, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond Hop On City Tours’ reasonable control.

Participation in any corporate event or team-building experience is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client and all participants release, waive, and hold harmless Hop On City Tours, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to the customized event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

No specific brewery, winery, venue, activity, route, or event component is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties.

11. Alcohol Service & Liability

Hop On City Tours LLC does not manufacture or sell alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is provided solely by licensed partner establishments.
By participating in any tasting or drinking activity, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your alcohol consumption and agree to drink responsibly.
We are not liable for any injury, damage, or legal consequence resulting from guest intoxication, misuse of alcohol, or violation of local or state laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

Hop On City Tours LLC, its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our tours or use of our Sites.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for your reservation.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hop On City Tours LLC, its employees, affiliates, and vendors from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of:

Your violation of these Terms;
Your conduct during tours; or
Any third-party claims arising from your actions.

14. Arbitration & Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

15. Force Majeure

Hop On City Tours LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, accidents, weather events, labor disputes, or government restrictions.

16. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hop On City Tours LLC.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by Hop On City Tours to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
